Laimo wrote a sequel to ''Deep in the Darkness'' entitled ''Return to Darkness'', which he released in 2011. ==Synopsis== Hoping to gain some much needed peace and quiet for his family, Dr. Michael Cayle decides to accept an offer to practice private medicine in Ashborough, New Hampshire. He knows that the move from Manhattan to Ashborough will come as a big culture shock to his wife and daughter, but Michael is sure they will adapt and embrace their new surroundings. However he's unaware that the local legends are hiding a very real secret that will put himself and his family at risk for their lives.
